INGREDIENTS FOR EGGLESS MANGO CAKE RECIPE -

  • 140 gms Maida / all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 gms milkmaid
  • 60 gms butter
  • 20 gms sugar
  • puree of 2 mangoes with 1/4 cup sugar mixed in the puree

METHOD FOR EGGLESS MANGO CAKE RECIPE -

To make your amazing eggless mango cake recipe , you will have to follow these simple steps –

  • First in a medium size bowl sift together flour,baking powder and baking soda
  • In another medium sized bowl ,cream together butter and milkmaid
  • Whisk it till it becomes light or fluffy or until it turns into a pale white color
  • Once the butter milkmaid mixture is ready ,add the mango pure and fold it well into the milkmaid , butter mixture
  • Once the mango puree is folded well , add the flour one spoon at a time folding it well into a smooth batter
  • For this eggless mango cake recipe the batter will be a little more thick so don’t worry
  • Once the batter is ready , grease a 1/2 kg cake tin with butter and flour and line it with parchment paper at the bottom of the tin
  • Once the cake tin is nicely greased , bake it in an pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35-40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean
