For the dough, take a big bowl and add the Maida, corn flour, oil and salt and mix it well
Now add little water and mix the ingredients till they come to together and form a soft dough
Once the dough is ready , place it in another bowl and keep it aside for 10 mins
Now for the filling , take a wok and pour the oil in and wait for the oil to become hot
Once the oil is hot add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 2 mins
Once the ginger and garlic have turned a little brown add the onions and cook them until they become tender
Now add the mixed vegetable , salt and pepper and saute it for another 4-5 mins
Once the vegetables are nicely sautéd , add the boiled potato ,paneer , all the sauces, spring onions and noodles and toss them well till everything combines
Once done , keep the filling aside and let it cool
Now for the dressing sauce mix the chili sauce , tomato sauce , soya and vinegar till they all come together , once the sauce comes together transfer the sauce into a small bowl and keep aside
For the assembly –
Take a small piece of the dough and roll it into a thin circle using a rolling pin
Place the rolled dough on a skillet on medium heat for 2 mins or until it turns a little brown
Once the rolled dough turns a little brown , take it off the heat and place it on a tray or plate
Spread the serving sauce on the cooked and rolled dough
Now place a spoonful of the filling in the middle of the rolled, and cooked dough and fold it like a wrap or a Frankie
Next put a little bit of oil in a pan or skillet and let the oil turn a little hot
Once the oil is hot place the folded wrap and cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until it turns a little crispy
Once a little crispy , transfer it onto a plate and serve
