simple – easy – delicious – homemade -restaurant style spring rolls recipe

SPRING ROLLS

INGREDIENTS –

  • 1 cup mixed vegetable  ( cabbage , beans , capsicum french beans )
  •  1/2 small potato grated
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • pinch of salt , white pepper and black pepper
  • 50 gms chopped paneer
  • 1/4 tsp ketchup
  • 1 -2 drop soya sauce
  • 1-2 drop vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp chilli sauce
  • oil for frying
  • boiled noodles 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup based on your preference
FOR THE DOUGH
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour / maida
  • 1/3 of 1/2 cup flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp oil

METHOD

  • in a wok add a little bit of oil and let it become hot
  • next add ginger , garlic and diced onions and saute for 1 min
  • add the mixed vegetables and mix well
  • next add pepper and salt and saute for another minute
  • now add the grated potato and chopped panner and mix well
  • now add the boiled noodles , ketchup. soya sauce , vinegar , chili sauce  and toss well in the pan and keep it aside to cool
  • now add the dough ingredients ina bowl with a little bit of water and mix well till it combines and forms a dough
  • now roll the dough into a thin circle
  • add the spring roll filling in the middle and fold on all four sides , like a burrito
  • now take another wok filled with oil and set the flame to high and heat the oil
  • once the oilis heated add the folded spring rolls and fry till golden brown
  • yummy n delicious spring rolls are ready
