In a cooker add the chickpeas and boil them for about 7-10 mins or until they become soft
Once they are boiled, place them in another bowl and keep them aside to cool
In the same cooker add the peeled and cut beetroot pieces and boil them till the them become tender and soft
Next in a blender add the boiled chick peas, beetroot , and all the remaining ingredients and churn it for 3-4 mins or until it turn into a smooth paste
Now transfer the beetroot hummus into a bowl and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours , in order for all the flavor’s to combine
Once chilled add a little bit of olive oil and serve ,
