easy – under 5 minutes – delicious – mushroom recipe
CHILI MUSHROOM
INGREDIENTS –
100 gms mushroom
2 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp basil n pesto paste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil [ dried ]
1/2 tsp chill flakes
1/2 cup onions
5-6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
METHOD –
in a pan add the butter and oil and let it heat
next thinly slice and cut the onions and garlic , and add them to the wok and stir for about 1 min
now add the chili sauce ,chili flakes , ketchup. basil and pesto paste , basil , oregano and ketchup and mix well for about 4-5 mins or till everything is well combined
now finely slice the mushroom and add the to the wok
saute the mushroom in the sauce for about 4-5 mins or until the mushrooms become soft
